Description: Part One is an autobiographical account of the author's growing spiritual awareness spurred by sits from non-physical beings and extraterrestrials. Through the eyes of her personal experiences, she weaves their telepathic ruminations about life, the universe, the parallel universe, parallel realities and the nature of time. Revealing details about a visit days after the "Phoenix lights" incident, the author tells of plans to begin a new stage of global contact by off-planetary species and their immediate concern of imminent events scheduled to pass on Earth.

Part Two contains thought-provoking teachings by those called Spiritual Elders (see Table of Contents).

Part Three consists of rhyming verse (Tablet Rhymes) that includes coded puns about Earth changes, dimensional maps, the origin of man and admonitions to control destiny by commanding a focus of consciousness.
